Reporting to the CEO, he/she will provide emphatic, tactical and strategic leadership and direction to the Sales team driving revenues, margins and the further development of a results driven and high performing Sales team.
The Sales Director will play a significant personal role in creating and developing relationships at all levels with the key customers.

We are seeking enthusiastic and result oriented candidates able to drive a sales team to achieve success and key business objectives. Experience in the packaging sector is a plus, but candidates coming from a similar B2B product manufacturing business in a high competitive environment such as F&B or cosmetics will be considered.
It is essential that candidates have managed sales teams, high sales turnovers and key customers.
