Reporting to the Regional Sales Director based in Germany, the candidate will be responsible for the European customers in Italy, developing new accounts and sustaining those one already in the pipeline.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with potential customers for all OEM Automotive and Industrial;
• act as the main contact for commercial, technical, and quality related projects and activities;
• control and coordinate business and project related activities between the company and customers;
• identify customer needs and develop new projects to maximize sales development;
• review customer requirements, drawings, specifications and KPIs;
• prepare and maintain field sales reports (call reports, business plans, customer forecast);
• participate in forecasting and market analysis by collecting, analysing and interpreting general economic, industry and competitive information;
• support for communicating and resolving internal and external quality related activities towards the customer (deviation, quality claims, Quality Audits);
• coordinate PPAP/sample activity, drawing review, and sample inspection;
• review professional publications.


• bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related discipline;
• extensive experience in the industrial or automotive sector;
• knowledge of English is a must;
• entrepreneurial drive to grow sales from scratch;
• strong planning and organizational skills;
• good interpersonal and communication skills;
• self-starter and good team player;
• ability to work from home office and with willingness to travel up to 50% locally or overnight.
