Reporting directly to the CEO and with extensive direct exposure to the shareholders, the Group CFO will lead and oversee the Administration, Finance and Controlling functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial leadership to partner with the CEO in driving the Group business, ensuring long-term financial stability, sustainable growth, and value creation
- Lead the delivery, accuracy, and timeliness of the Group’s financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting
- Optimize the Group cash flow, working capital, and overall liquidity to preserve financial strength and enable strategic investments
- Manage relationships with banking partners and investors while continuously optimizing the capital structure and funding strategy
- Build, guide, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Diffuse and consolidate a data-driven culture and approach to decision-making within the organization
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven track record as CFO in industrial businesses of similar complexity
- Extensive background in managing group-level control, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting within fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Pragmatic, hands-on operational mindset with demonstrated success in building scalable economic and financial control systems, processes and teams
- Exceptional analytical rigor, advanced problem-solving skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Result-driven attitude backed by strong project management capabilities
- Strong team member, excellent standing, and communication skills
Indicative compensation: €150k–€230k + MIP
