Reporting directly to the CEO, the HR Director will be responsible for defining the HR strategy across the EMEA region, aligning it with business objectives and Group policies, while ensuring organizational evolution consistent with growth and development plans.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in HR leadership roles within structured multinational corporate environments;
- Proven HR expertise across all functional areas, including industrial relations;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong leadership skills, strategic vision and experience managing multicultural teams.
