He/she will develop and lead the ambitious growth plan to accelerate the company’s international presence and develop new markets/applications. He/she will be responsible for designing and setting up the organizational and operational structures required to execute the business plan.
Experience in sales and operations in international B2B manufacturing businesses is a must, as is the confidence and ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment.
Business and financial acumen, leadership, standing, communication, interpersonal skills, and relentless focus on results, in line with the high requirements of the role.
Prior PE experience is a strong plus.
