Who will boost the End to End processes of the supply chain for the components produced in Italy, with an integrated approach on Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning.
Key Responsibilities
• Creates and implements supply chain solutions to increase customer satisfaction, optimize costs and maximize efficiency
• Collaborates with Sales functions for the forecasting of orders volumes
• Ensures Vendors qualification and purchasing processes, coordinating a Purchasing Manager
• Improves and keeps up a thorough Master Production Scheduling
• Improves and keeps up a thorough inventory management system
• Tracks and analyzes key supply chain metrics to find areas for improvement
• Coordinates Order Processing and ensures the availability of the finished product to the captive market in the confirmed dates and quantities, granting high level of communication and service
• Coordinates the Warehouse operations
• Ensure shipments scheduling
• Supports the resolution of non-compliances and the implementation of corrective actions
• Coordinates a team of approximately 10 people
• Ensures adherence to applicable laws and regulations on import/export
• Guarantees compliance with local regulation and procedure on workplace safety, industrial hygiene and environmental protection
Education and Background
• Degree in Management Engineering or similar
• Good communication and coaching skills
• At least 10 years of experience in similar positions in structured companies
• English fluent
• Knowledge of SAP
