The Group Quality Manager will ensure that the organization’s products will be in compliance with the company’s quality requirements, in addition to complying with customer and regulatory requirements for quality, safety, and reliability. The candidate will report hierarchically to the Chief Executive Officer and he/she will be responsible for the Quality Managers in Italy and in UK.
Main tasks and responsibilities
• Responsible for the development and implementation to a quality program and the adherence of it. Develop and/or review standards, policies, and procedures for all functions and departments involved with or related to the production of all products
• Review and resolve quality problems/concerns with the local Quality Managers and others including customers, vendors, quality control personnel, and any personnel related to production
• Schedule and perform quality audits and report findings to the CEO and Operations; develop corrective action plans and ensure timely resolution of findings
• Receive and review all customer satisfaction surveys and customer contacts and complaints. Review complaint trends and product issues analysis, review corrective actions with appropriate personnel
• Manage the costs of non-quality and prepare the budget for quality assurance: schedule the expenses, analyze the deviations and build the corrective actions
Experience and qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Good knowledge of English
• 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management
• Preferable previous experience in the pharma packaging sector
• Availability for business trip in UK
