- Development the existing portfolio of clients (Large-Scale Retail Trade, Organized Distribution and Discount chains) in Germany, Austria and Switzerland;
- Independent identification and acquisition of new customers in the modern trade channel;
- Achievement of defined sales targets (volume, sales, margin);
- Implement the sales strategy within the customer portfolio in line with the company’s sales strategy;
- Track and gather information on the dairy market in the area;
- Preparation of and participation in trade shows.
Reports to the Italian CEO and leads Customer Service Employees in Germany (4 FTE).
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in the dairy industry;
- Knowledge of the retail and discount supermarket chains channels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland;
- Negotiation skills and capability to build long-term relationships;
- Business-focused challenges that involve analysis and financial skills;
- Strategic thinking;
- Result and performance-oriented person.
